The motto of our Sanstha is “Spreading of Education for Knowledge, Science and Refined Culture”. It means the propagation of education for knowledge, Scientific temper and instilling cultural values among students. Our Management works to instill Truth, Character, Honesty, Dedication, Devotion, Sacrifice, Protest against Exploitation and Social Values. It is this unique aspect of our Management that it is being run by the teachers. It is totally free from any political influence and it believes in decentralization of power for smooth functioning. It has established various zones and sections for its good, effective and healthy administration. The College Administration and Management prepare a plan for creation and enhancement of infrastructure as well as upgrading and updating learning resources at periodic intervals. All the infrastructure and developments are made with the prior permission of the Management. The Institute's administration transfers the members to different tables on regular basis to train them in various areas and sections of the administration. The Office Superintendent of the Institute is entrusted to transfer and train the staff to maintain office records properly and plan the academic, administrative and financial work in a responsible way.
